SHIPMENT METHODS AND RATES

All orders are delivered via FedEx and will be charged shipping according to their weight. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Shipping charges will be shown during the checkout process. Fees are based on actual shipping weight, not product weights. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

DELIVERY TIMES

While we can not guarantee any delivery dates, the average shipment usually arrives in 7 - 14 business days (weekends are not included in this estimate).

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find the products that you want in the website.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders are only accepted at the point in time where your orders have not been shipped. You can view the status of your order and cancellations can be done from your account. Or you can call us for RMA, Return Authorization Number, at (905) 417-7070 or email sales@keepsys.com

Cancellations of orders for non-faulty reasons will incur 15% restocking fee.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs you will receive notification via email.

If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.

If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the order date, delay notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

TAX INFORMATION

In accordance with applicable province law, we are required to charge GST tax in provinces where we have operations. GST tax is applied to the total amount of the order. The GST rate applied to your order will generally be the combined province and local rate for the address where your order was shipped. Therefore, the GST tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for the very same items shipped to your work address.

For your planning and convenience, we display an estimated GST tax amount when orders are placed. The exact GST tax will be listed on your invoice and reflects all province and local taxes of your order destination at the time your order is shipped.

RETURNS

If the goods are defective or were shipped to the purchaser in error, then such goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery of the goods. The purchaser will receive full credit for the purchase price of the goods plus the cost of freight to return the goods. The applicable amount will be credited to the purchaser credit card.

Note: We will never sell, rent or otherwise lend your name or personal information to outside companies or marketing firms.

WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants that all goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed under normal use for which they were intended or as otherwise stated in the manufacturer warranty included with the product. Carefully read all manufacturer instructions and warranties before hanging any product. Failure to comply with the manufacturer instructions may negate the manufacturers warranty.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE MANUFACTURER AND RETAILER HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT CLAIMS THAT ARE DUE TO PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER SURFACE PREPARATION, IMPROPER PRODUCT APPLICATION OR IMPROPER PRODUCT OR COLOR SELECTION.
